How to Invest

In the United Kingdom I invest through HSBC. You will have to upgrade your account in order to do that. You will have to apply online for that. Once you applied, they will analyse it and then decide if you can operate or not. My limit to operate in this account was settled with £10,000.00

I also invest in properties in the United Kingdom. I registered on the website propertypartner.co. With a minimum investment of £50.00, you can start investing in properties in the UK. My investment in this business is an average of £50.00 per month. I rely on dividends to get a return from this investment. The average dividend is £ 0.10 per month based on the investment of £50.00. In addition to that, you will have the expectation of growth in house price, which you will also profit from this.

In Brazil, I have an account in Banco do Brasil. In this county, I invest in RITs and companies shares. These RITs deliver a higher dividend yield than the UK market. This is due to the risk involved. However, you can avoid these risks by studying each one of them. You can follow my investments.

Regarding companies shares in Brazil, I invest on those which have a sustained growth, plan of investments and compatible dividends yield.

All my investments are for a long period of time. However, when I specific company starts to underperform, and this performance will affect years of its growth, I tend to sell it and invest in something else.

Overall investment in July

The overall investment today is £3,423.51 or R$ 14,721.11. The forecast of the total investment to the end of this year is £4,868.50 or R$ 20,447.72.

£ = British Pound     ( x 1 )
R$ = Brazilian Real (x 4.4)

As you can analyse in my  July portfolio, the majority of my investments are in Brazil. This strategy is due to the drastic devaluation of their currency. I am sustaining my gains in Pounds because there is a valuation of Real against US Dollar. However, Brexit helped to short these gains.

As well as this, I focus in dividends. Therefore, I invest in companies that have a proven record in dividends payments and growth.

Monthly deposits of approx. £ 150.00 or R$ 660.00
Total dividends in July:        £     9.24 or  R$  40.66
